Staff were friendly and helpful. Front of house was modern and well maintained however our room was grubby. Carpet was smelly and desperate need of replacing or deep cleaning. The Aircon in the room was woefully inadequate and we cooked the whole night as a result. Awful sleep before a long haul flight.

Disappointing stay

Our stay was ok, but the standard of the room we got was not something I expected from the Hilton. There are much nicer hotels in the area that cost less. It was also very difficult to get parked give you have to pay £20 for it and can’t get a space. Breakfast was nice.

Not an easy 10 min route walking to the airport, but a shuttle bus can be booked via an app for a small charge. Staff welcoming and helpful, rooms comfortable, clean and a good choice of breakfasts.
