Muy buena experiencia en el hotel, es pequeño pero con espacios muy bien aprovechados. Muy limpio, comfortable y con muy buena atención. Sobre todo, resalto la atención de Alejandro quien nos recibió y despidió con mucha amabilidad. La ubicación es excelente ya que se encuentra en el centro. Para quienes visiten Cuernavaca lo recomiendo bajo las siguientes consideraciones: el estacionamiento es pequeño, pero tuvimos espacio garantizado (solo se deben dejar las llaves en recepción), el area del baño es abierta, si vas en pareja es perfecto, pero si vas con otros familiares podría resultar algo incomodo. Me incluyeron un desayuno básico (huevos al gusto, molletes) pero de buen sabor y se puede ordenar a la carta también. Mejoras: Colocar tapete anti derrapante en la zona del baño. En general, muy buena estancia y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

General opinion

A real good experience in a clean hotel, small & beautiful. Great rooms and whole ambience. The restaurant may improve and the lightning could be stronger un certain places where women may see clearer for they make up. The service was great.

A very cozy hotel in downtown Cuernavaca. Service is excellent. Delicious food in Restaurant Amaranto. Alejandro, the hotel concierge, is very helpful and kind.

This is an oasis in a noisy and dirty city. It is well located and provides a relatively quiet and well maintained garden atmosphere with a nice dining spot and good breakfast. The staff fixed our lack of hot water quickly. I enjoyed a refreshing swim in the delightful if small pool.

I'm giving this property five stars due to the helpful and kind people who worked here, the comfortable bed, the breakfast, and the property's overall aesthetic appeal. Overall the location is ideal. I will state that due to precaution in the area, this hotel was the best to stay as close to the historical center, in order to see Hernan Cortez's castle, and nearby good restaurants. I would caution anyone to go over 10 miles radius from this location. If you stay nearby, even at night you will due fine. There are good restaurants and bars within walking distance to this hotel. As far as amenities, this hotel does not provide wash cloths, which I know Americans like. I personally went out to a city market and purchased a luffa sponge. The only other thing that this hotel doesn't provide, and it is an utter inconvenience is a hairdryer. None of the rooms here have a hair dryer, and I discovered (with wet hair) I had to visit the front desk who had the hair dryers under lock and key. I had no idea, but I guess this area considers hair dryers like i-Phones?
