Nestled on a 2.5-acre corner lot in Crystal River, Florida, this spacious home offers the perfect balance between tranquility and adventure. Guests can relax in the large covered saltwater pool, surrounded by pristine forest that doubles as a bird sanctuary, or take advantage of the ample space for boats, RVs, or trailers. The location is ideal for outdoor lovers: just a mile from Lake Rousseau for bass fishing, seven miles from the clear waters of Rainbow River, and six miles from the Crystal River beaches, where manatees can be spotted.

Inside, the home combines comfort and flexibility, with one private bedroom, while the bathroom, living room with sofa bed, and fully equipped kitchen are shared with other guests. Modern amenities such as Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washer and dryer, and a complete kitchen setup ensure a stress-free stay. Entry is simple with a coded front door, giving guests both privacy and independence.

It is possible to rent an inflatable kayak for an additional thirty dollars for the whole day, with the option of having the owner as a guide.

👟 Shoes Off Policy
This is a no-shoes home. Please remove your shoes when entering to help keep the space clean and comfortable.

🚪 Private Areas
My personal bedroom and bathroom are off-limits. Thank you for respecting my privacy.

💡 Care for the Home
Please treat the space as if it were your own. If something is accidentally damaged, it must be replaced or the cost of replacement will be charged.

🍽️ Kitchen Use
Kindly wash any dishes you use before leaving the kitchen. If you’re unsure about operating an appliance or can’t find something, don’t guess—just ask, text, or call me. I’m happy to help.

🧺 Laundry
Washer and dryer use is available only for guests staying one week or longer. Please wash clothes only—no blankets, shoes, or bulky items.

🗑️ Check-Out
Before leaving, please place trash and used towels on the floor near the garage door in the kitchen. This helps us prepare quickly for the next guest.
