3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms brand new house (completed April 2023). Sleeps 12 people comfortably. Everything is new on the inside. Smart TVs in the living and master bedroom. The kitchen is equipped with all cookware needs. Huge outdoor patio for family gather to enjoy the breeze.
5 minutes from Pete's Marina, Three Sisters Springs, and Plantation Inn Resort & Spa golf course. Only a few minutes from downtown Crystal River for shopping and great restaurants. Manatee capital of the world.
1 street over from Plantation Inn Resort where you can golf, rent pontoons and/or kayaks, and drop your boat in and dock at the house across the street.
Boat slip: 1 boat slip (for 1 boat only) is available for this rental located across the street on the waterfront property that I own. (See picture.) Plenty of space for boat trailer parking.
I have a total of 3 homes on this street as a vacation rental. The house across the street is on the water. I also have a house next door to this one a vacation rental. Great for a family reunion if you want all 3 homes. 3 homes can sleep 36 people.

Beautiful house!!!
Very clean. Everything is new in the house. The huge back screened patio is a plus. This house is close to everything, the springs, downtown and golfing. What a great location. We will rent this place again.
