We stayed for 3 nights in February. Host was kind and responsive. Property was well organized and comfortable, and the location (although) rural, was what we wanted--and very close (within 8 minutes) to the Crystal River waterfront/King's Bay area. We had two small dogs who were kept on a leash for walks outdoors. The manufactured home is relatively new and spacious, with an enjoyably large kitchen and dining area. Otherwise appointments are cheerful and simple. We made a few suggestions to the host upon leaving. Our only issue was that the property, like many nearby, is piped with well water, which we know is high in minerals and safely treated. We preferred to use bottled water for cooking/coffee/drinking. With three bedrooms and 2 baths, this property would be nice for a family or a group of friends, but seating in LR would be tight. Plenty of dining chairs, however.

Very quiet area, dog (that I failed to check the right box for during the booking process) loved the yard. Bed was comfy ... livingroom furniture could stand to be replaced. It certainly beat a hotel while we were waiting on the closing for our new house.
