Lovely quiet area

As advertised, super clean and well equipped. WiFI worked well. TV had only French stations with great picture. Kitchen well equipped aside from lack of grater. Bring Philips coffee pods. Good washing machine (no iron or board so drip dry only) and dryer. Nice loungers in front of house. Air conditioning in lounge was much appreciated as we were there in the "great heat" of late July 22.

Tolles, kleines Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in diesem tollen, modern eingerichteten Haus in einer traumhaften und sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Zum nächsten Strand waren es nur wenige Minuten. Die Abende haben wir auf der schönen Terrasse genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvolll eingerichtet. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend - alles perfekt!

A modern little jewel

Very nice and slightly stylish modern holiday home in lovely little hamlet some km outside Crozon and placed in an exceptionally beautiful landscape of rocky coast, woods, meadows, and a section of dunes and wetland (a nature reserve and bird sanctuary). The house is well equipped and very clean. Large terraced garden area (partly shared with the larger neigbouring house). A non-separated passage footpath leads "through" at the side of the property so do not be suprised by ocassional "trespassers" (it only rarely happens, though, and we never really minded). A very, VERY nice beach (despite including a large sections of pebbles and a smaller sandy part) in a medium sized "crique"" is just a 7 min walk away. A huge (but still not crowded) sandy beach is within a 2 minute drive. Various other beautiful beaches within 10 or 15 minutes driving. Check-in/check-out was flexible and Sabrina, the caretaker, was very kind and friendly. It's good though to speak a bit of French to make any arrangements over the phone. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider a return visit! A big 'thank you' from all 4 of us to Virginie and her family for this offering! (Written in English rather than German for the convenience of international readers.)

Perfektes Haus mitten im Paradies

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in dem Haus. Der Standort ist ideal um die Halbinsel zu erkunden und wir haben die Ruhe absolut genossen. Die Ausstattung ist überdurchschnittlich gut und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Besonders toll für uns war, dass auch an die Kinder gedacht wird: Babybett, Hochstuhl, Geschirr, Stühle im Garten, Spielzeug für alle Altersgruppen.

Schönes praktisches Haus mit Potenzial

Das Haus ist neu und gut mit Ikea-Möbeln und Gebrauchsgegenständen eingerichtet. Einiges haben wir nicht benötigt, manches hat gefehlt, was wir auch weitergegeben haben. Im hellen Wohnzimmer mit Küche hat man fast „Wintergarten-Flair“ - sehr schön! An manchen Stellen hat man den Eindruck, als wäre die Einrichtung noch nicht abgeschlossen. So stehen z. B. Bilder auf Kommode und Küchenzeile und ein Rollo im (sehr praktischen) Abstellraum, und scheinen darauf zu warten, aufgehängt und angebracht zu werden. Insbesondere das Rollo bzw. ein Sonnenschutz vor der riesigen Wohnzimmerscheibe und dem Küchenfenster wäre wünschenswert. Die Lage ist zur Erkundung der Crozon-Halbinsel sehr gut, auch die Nähe zu Strand und Wanderweg hat uns sehr gefallen.

Traumhafte Lage und sehr schönes Haus

Sehr schönes neugebautes Haus. Stilvoll und mit Liebe eingerichtet, und sehr gemütlich. Durch eine große Terrassen-Schiebetür hat man den ganzen Tag viel Licht im Haus. Auch ein CD Player ist vorhanden. Es zeichnet sich durch absolute Sauberkeit aus. Bettwäsche und Badetücher vorhanden. Wir hatten einen sehr netten Empfang und waren flexibel bei der Ankunft. Auf E-Mail-Anfragen bekommt man sehr schnell eine Antwort. Vor Ort ist man für jede Frage offen und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist top. Haus steht auf einer Anhöhe, auf der man die Abendsonne auf der Terrasse genießen kann. Zum Strand und zum Fort L‘Aber ist man mit 7-15 Minuten Fußweg da. Zum Plage L‘Aber mit dem Auto 4 Minuten Fahrt, wenn man mit Strandgepäck unterwegs ist. Ansonsten ist man inmitten von Stille, wer das sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Es ist das letzte Haus in einer Sackgasse, daher, wer mit Kindern ist, die können sich getrost frei bewegen. Das Haus ist der optimale Ausgangspunkt, um die ganze Halbinsel zu erkunden. (z. B. Morgat in 15 Minuten Autofahrt oder Camaret-sur-Mer in knapp 25 Minuten) Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Tanken in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und würden auch sehr gern wiederkommen. Klare Empfehlung für dieses Objekt 👍. Merci beaucoup pour les merveilleuses vacancances avec Virginie et sa famille.
