Villa 19 Silver Palms is a new (December 2022) modern, stylish, contemporary, and spacious villa located in Bon Accord. It's very close to the airport, the popular Crown Point area, and the beaches at Store Bay and Pigeon Point. It has a large tri-depth swimming pool, suitable for children of all ages as well as non-swimming adults.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned villa, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

Beautiful Property & Convenient Location

Came to visit Tobago for the first time and very glad to have opted for this property rather than a hotel. The property was clean, convenient to the airport and central road for travel through the island. Pool was a gorgeous addition, as well as the outdoor seating area. Check-in process was a little confusing but once we figured it out it was a great stay with lots of privacy.

"Perfect Family Getaway"

We loved this modern home; it was ideal for our family of 9, and we had a fantastic time in the pool. The space was not only beautifully designed but also clean, which made our stay even more comfortable. We also truly appreciated the hospitality and flexibility of our host. The location was perfect, offering both the convenience of nearby shops and beaches and a great atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. We would absolutely stay here again. It’s a perfect choice for families looking for a top-tier vacation home. 10/10 would recommend!

Upon booking the villa, Clyde the owner texted me and introduced himself. Clyde was very hands on and responded to all my questions pertaining to the villa.The location was perfect.Clyde visited us during our stay to introduce himself. He was very hospitable and welcoming - showed us around The villa was well stocked with everything we needed. Clyde went above and beyond to ensure we were very comfortable. Perfect Family Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at this villa. It is even more beautiful than pictured online. The home was modern, clean and spacious. We loved that each bedroom had its own en suite. We also very much appreciated that we literally had everything we needed to enjoy our stay, from kitchen and bathroom supplies to towels for the showers and the pool/beach and extra linen. You can tell that they put extra thought into what is needed to be comfortable. Location was perfect, close to beach, bars, restaurants and the pool was amazing! So many more good things I could say. We would definitely stay again if given the opportunity.

The accommodations are as advertised. Clean. Air condition functions well. All appliances function well. Water heater functions reasonably well except for in one room. Could do a better job at providing a supply of toilet paper and paper towels. We had to go out and buy some. Other than that, biggest gripe the security gate. This is not a man gate. There is no access to the gate from your villa. If you have friends or family or drivers stopping by the Villa, you have to leave the villa and walk to the gate, which is approximately 200 yards, To open it. This becomes quite cumbersome after a while, particularly in greater than 90°F environments. If you have your own transport, this is a perfect place to stay. Quite accessible to several beaches and the airport.

Tobago Staycation

The property was better than advertised. Everything was clean and ready for us on check in. Mr Alleyne was a pleasant and helpful host... And, as expected, the pool was the highlight of the stay, especially with 4 children and a few non-swimming adults. We definitely look forward to staying here again.

We stayed here with our family of 10 and everything was great! Super clean, close to the beach, and in a great location. Incredible experience from start to finish. Clyde was extremely helpful and responsive. We were met upon arrival with a tour of the property. Everything was immaculate, clean and new - all as pictured online. The location was perfect, the pool was perfect. Many bathrooms, large bedrooms, perfect indoor and outdoor seating. He was extremely responsive and thorough to all my initial questions/concerns prior to my arrival. Family Vacation

We stayed here for our family vacation and had a wonderful time. Clyde was very efficient making sure check in was smooth. This place is modern very clean and close to everything. The kids loved the pool and there was plenty of space for our group of 9. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend to other families to stay here as well.
