Here’s your review translated into English: The hotel is in an excellent location, right in front of the beach. However, the restaurant staff is extremely unprofessional, with very poor attitude and little respect for tourists. The rooms are spacious, but the mattresses, pillows, and sheets are very uncomfortable and truly need an update

Crown Point Positive Experience

Great location, great food and very friendly staff. The rooms were comfortable and access to the beach was easy. The convenience store next to the hotel was perfect for our needs. The hotel location made it easy access to the airport and no issues getting a taxi. Thanks for making our stay relaxing and enjoyable.

The rooms were clean however the washrooms smelt very bad like the sewers were backed up. I’m pregnant which all the workers can visually see and were aware however they sold me a cake with alcohol in and when notified of it, there was no compensation or exchange of the cake. Additionally, the morning staff and front desk staff were rude at times and made it seem like you were bothering them when ordering food or asking for towels. My boyfriend left a pair of pants in the room however the staff said that nothing was brought down. Looks like someone may have taken the pants, which we understand is our fault. Apart from the listed negatives, the evening staff at the restaurant were nice and the rooms were clean.
