The Yoga studio is located down stairs, start you morning out with yoga then walk down the street and grab a cup of coffee from Mixed Company or Red Raven prior to hitting the trails. After securing your bike head back downstairs to the Iron Range Eatery for dinner. Then try out the new selection of beers at the Cuyuna Brewery just across the street.
