Perched high above the ski area with expansive views of Crested Butte and Mount Crested Butte, this 2 bedroom/ 2 bath guesthouse checks all the boxes! Grab your skis from the shared, heated mud room at driveway level and ski right down to the base area. Ski back from painter boy lift via homeowners run to Columbine Hill.

Just completed this year, the lower level of our house has a beautiful walk-out patio with fire pit, grill and private six person hot tub. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating to view your favorite shows on the 55 inch smart TV. This high-tech, modern house has in-floor radiant heat and a whole house ventilator that provides continuous humidified fresh air. Full sized washer and dryer are available for use in the guesthouse.

The fully-equipped modern kitchenette has a precise induction cooktop, coffee maker, air fryer, drawer microwave and dishwasher. Four comfortable stools on the cooktop peninsula make dining-in a pleasure.

Watch the sun set after a long day of skiing from the king sized bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has an amazing accent wall fully lit with led string lights. A large double vanity bathroom with massaging penny tiled shower floor is located next to the second bedroom. A very comfortable queen sized pull-out bed with mountain views is also located in the living room.

Access to the guesthouse is down two and a half flights of stairs but plenty of gear storage is available in a shared, heated mud room at driveway level. This makes it a easy to unload gear directly into the mudroom and not have to haul it downstairs. Easy parking for two cars is available right off the street on a flat driveway. Parking is permitted for two vehicles in our drive way. If you are booking for the winter, 4-wheel or all-wheel drive is required.
