Location was good. Furniture was tired. The sink and shower drains did not work well. However, the management had someone come immediately who improved the shower, but the sink still needed work. Some toilet issues, too.

This place sucked. There's no A/C and when you open the window to try to cool of the 84 degree room, you have to listen to pool parties and shuttle buses. The bed is 3 feet from the hall door and the doors don't eliminate any sound. We listened to detailed conversations through that door for half the night. It's an odd setup and not really ready for summer guests

Stayed at in Sept 25. Pros- location is convenient, room was clean, bed was very comfy. Cons- hotel was run down vs luxury description. Carpet was beat up, lots of scrapes on walls throughout hotel. Staffing was thin. The restaurant on site never opened, the store in the lobby was closed never opened. I took my dog out at 5 am and there were 2 back packers and there dog sleeping in the lobby next to the fire place. The front desk was closed so no one to watch the lobby. They made a big deal of having the access the code for the back doors but back packers walked in through the front door. The hotel is in need of a remodel as it looks dated. Overall disappointed and wouldn’t stay here again.

The blackout drapes in the room were very stained ugh. The tub wouldn't drain properly. The exhaust fan in the bathroom wouldn't turn off (no switch working to do this) so it ran all night and blew cold air on self while standing at the bathroom sink. The internet wouldn't work even after several tries and restarting my computer. Over all other than a nice quiet room I wouldn't recommend it.
