Please note that air conditioning is almost non-existent in Crested Butte. This property does not have AC.

>> This property allows up to 2 well-behaved dogs. Dogs are subject to a $50 per dog per night fee and a signed pet agreement.

EVENTS:
If guest would like to hold an event on the premises, guest is required to obtain permission from Crested Butte Property Management prior thereto. YOU MUST CONTACT CRESTED BUTTE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FOR MORE INFORMATION PRIOR TO BOOKING. NO UNAPPROVED GATHERINGS WILL BE ALLOWED. Guests shall provide CB Prop with the type of event and the number of anticipated attendees, dates, and other necessary details to provide CB Prop with sufficient information such that CB Prop may decide as to the appropriateness of the proposed event on the premises. The premises is comprised of other cottages and rental properties. Events in individual properties will be limited to 150% of the property capacity. For larger events (weddings, reunions, corporate, etc) a full property buy-out is available.

HOUSE RULES:
Abide by our quiet hour times of 10PM to 8AM;
Turn off exterior lights each night when you retire;
Refrain from smoking any materials while at Academy Place;
Keep the exterior of your cottage or accommodations neat and tidy;
Do not allow trash or recycling to accumulate more that weekly (trash and recycling pick up is on Thursdays);
Park your vehicles, including motorcycles, in the designated spaces;
Be considerate of your neighbors; and
Not interrupt any on-going construction activities at the property, including abiding by any instructions and warning with regard to the same.
If you have a dog/ESA:
Clean up after your dogs/ESA;
Do not permit your dog/ESA to disturb guests;
Do not leave your dog or ESA alone;
Observe the leash/supervision rule.
