Large Loft Style Apartment with Garden in Farmhouse Resort

A bright country home and garden that makes up part of a traditional Italian farmhouse (known as a Cascina.) Conveniently located next to the renowned Bogogno Golf Club and less than a 30 minute drive from Malpensa Airport and Lago Maggiore, at the foot of the Alps.



The entire property went through an innovative restoration project, completed in 2022, using environmentally sustainable practices. The renovation brings together contemporary comforts and luxury amenities while at the same time salvaging and celebrating the historical architectural features of the building.



Authenticity is achieved using natural materials such as terracotta, stone and wood, while the extra-large windows and high ceilings typical of the local farmhouse enhances the Cascina charm. The outcome is an alluring eco-resort composed of 11 independent serviced apartments, featuring luxury hotel-level service, set in an idyllic natural environment and luscious gardens.



This unit is on 2 levels, measures about 110 square meters, and is composed on the ground floor of a large living room with plenty of comfortable seats and a double sofa-bed, dining area with open plan kitchen, on the mezzanine floor reachable through a beautiful wrought iron and wooden staircase of a large double bedroom with a 180x200cm bed and a nice bathroom with a Italian shower. The whole apartment has large floor to ceiling windows that open onto the equipped garden and bring a lot of natural light into the apartment all year round.
