The space
This villa is located in a residential area on the outskirts of the town of Creixell.
Just a few minutes' drive away you'll find a shopping area with several large supermarkets such as Lidl, Aldi, Caprabo, Mercadona…
A 2-minute walk from the house, you'll be able to find a lovely restaurant where you can enjoy typical local cuisine.
Both in the town of Creixell and in the nearest town, which is Roda de Berà, you will find all kinds of restaurants with different cuisines, where you can enjoy with your family, among other things, a delicious Paella or some good Tapas.
If what you are looking for is to enjoy the beach, 1 km away you will find the seafront promenade where you can enjoy the sun and the various water activities in the area.
If what you want is to do tourism and get to know the beautiful Roman area of Tarragona, by car you have it at 24 km (about 26 min.) But if you prefer to experience strong emotions at just 38 km (40 min.) you can visit one of the best amusement parks in the world like Port Aventura.
You can also visit by car the charming seaside area of Sitges and visit its picturesque old town which is only 40km away (about 35 mins.). And if you prefer to visit the cosmopolitan city of Barcelona it is 70 km away (about 50 mins.).
The villa is distributed as follows:
Outdoor area: spacious outdoor area, with private swimming pool, porch with table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals outdoors, sun loungers to sunbathe, outdoor shower, …
Ground floor: Dining room, Kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom with shower tray.
Upper floor: Two double bedrooms, one of them with a bathroom and the other with access to a terrace. And two bedrooms with two single beds in each one (one of them with access to the terrace). It also has another bathroom with a shower tray on this floor.
Services and common areas
The accommodation is exclusively for guests. They will not share any area with anyone else.
A set of bed sheets and a set of towels per guest are provided at the start of the stay. If you wish to change sheets and/or towels during your stay, you can request it as an additional service and it will incur an extra charge.
Cleaning is not included during your stay. If you require additional cleaning services during your stay, you can request it as an additional service for an extra charge.
The maintenance of the swimming pool is carried out weekly by qualified personnel.
The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine.
No charcoal is provided for the barbecue.

Before arrival at the accommodation, a link will be sent where you must register the details of ALL guests, and furthermore, you must pay the mandatory TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat de Catalunya. The staff member responsible for handing over the keys will NOT hand over the keys until this process is completely finished.
The TOURIST TAX of the Generalitat of Catalonia is €1.75 per adult per day (and a maximum of 7 days of tax) (children under 17 years old do not pay).
RESPONSIBILITY
The reservation of the accommodation implies acceptance of the house rules. Please read carefully the property rules that will be posted. Parties and smoking are not permitted inside the apartment. For irresponsible conduct, the owner may request guests to vacate the property immediately, with no right to compensation or refund.
It is prohibited to use the dwelling with a number of occupants exceeding the capacity of the dwelling.
Guests are responsible for the proper care of the property during their stay and undertake to return it in the same condition as the accommodation and its furnishings were found, except for repairs to appliances or reasonable wear and tear of the property.
If any defect occurs in the property, please notify us immediately and we will attempt to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Guests are not responsible for final cleaning, but they must leave the property in good condition, the kitchen tidy and rubbish in the street bins, otherwise an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
CHECK-IN
The check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00.
The person responsible for check-in will wait at the property to hand over the keys and explain how the facilities work. If for any reason you cannot arrive at the agreed time, please let us know as soon as possible to avoid waiting.
The loss of keys will have a supplement of €75 for each set and €100 for the parking remote.
IMPORTANT: If due to the guest's forgetfulness or negligence, a locksmith has to be called to open the property door, the costs will be charged to the guest.
