- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
- Bedroom 2: with 1 bunk bed (sleeps 2) and 1 single bed and en-suite bathroom (with shower and bath)

- Bedroom 4: with 1 double bed (140×190) and an adjoining alcove with desk and cot
