Nestled in the beautiful Surrey countryside, our guest rooms offer a relaxing escape for travellers looking to unwind and recharge. Whether you are visiting for a single night or a longer stay, you will find a cosy, homely atmosphere with everything needed for a restful visit.

Room 8 is a spacious double room with an ensuite bathroom, recently redecorated to create a fresh and modern feel. The room includes tea and coffee facilities, fresh linens, towels, and complimentary toiletries for a comfortable and hassle‑free stay. Please note that there are two steps to access the bathroom.

Our guest rooms are located within the Estate’s Main House, offering a charming and convenient base with direct access to all on‑site facilities. Guests can enjoy our bar and social club, a friendly and welcoming space at the heart of the Estate. It is ideal for relaxing with a drink, meeting local residents, or enjoying darts, bar billiards, pool, and regular social events in a warm community atmosphere.

The Springbok Estate spans 240 acres of picturesque countryside, perfect for guests looking to explore the outdoors. You can wander through open fields, follow peaceful woodland paths in Sidney Wood, or enjoy scenic walking routes that link directly to the Wey & Arun Canal. Our private fishing lake offers a tranquil spot, whether you are an experienced angler or simply want to relax by the water.

Located on the Surrey–West Sussex border, the Estate is ideally placed for visiting the South Downs National Park, Winkworth Arboretum, Cranleigh village, Guildford, Horsham, and the National Trust’s Petworth House and Park.

Breakfast is available to order, with cooked options offered at weekends. Our Sunday Roasts are also highly recommended. We welcome group bookings; please contact us for further details.
