Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Turn air to 74 on cool in summer and 68 on heat in winter. Do your dishes Wash your towels please
Take trash to the garbage bins on the road. $50 fee will be added for failure to remove trash.
Make sure the trash is picked up outside and that the grill has been cleaned and grease bucket dumped. $100 fee will be added for failure to do so.
