Fernie Alpine Resort’s newest and most exclusive location at Timber Landing. Open your door and discover the Timber Chairlift is less than a 250 metres away. The Timber House features a private hot tub, sauna, two gourmet kitchens, patio with fireplace and gas BBQ. Unparalleled views from the main living room and numerous private decks. Pamper yourself and your group as you will truly love this location and all of the amenities.

All properties are equipped with noise monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 10 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 5 parking spots and no street parking allowed. Capacity can never exceed 6 total guests on the 3 bedroom side or 4 guests on the 2 bedroom side.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected.

The backyard landscaping was in rough condition. The backyard patio chairs were broken and not a desirable place to use. Pictures didn’t present that the orientation of the chalet was in the front of the property and having to climb four flights of stairs to get to the main living space was also disappointing. The owner of the property should install digital locks on the doors. The decibel monitoring system should be spelled out in the listing.. we were expecting for 1400 a night a five star property and we felt it was more in a four star condition.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

This property was perfect for my sons wedding this weekend. House layout worked extremely well and made it easy to entertain. Views are spectacular from all sides of the property. It was close relatively close to our venue which was nice as well. There are a few upkeep items that need to be looked at related to the hot tub and fireplaces. Overall we’re super happy with this property and it was part of a lot of memories we will cherish. Thanks

Fernie Experience

Home was clean, and had a nice sauna and hot tub to relax in. Overall the space was nice as it had 4 bedrooms. The layout is designed as a side by side with flexible option to utilize both sides. 2nd kitchen was not used on main floor as upper kitchen is larger with beautiful views and attached living room, Mountainview is beautiful to wake up to in the morning with a nice master ensuite shower. Great experience overall

Amazing stay at the property. We loved the place so did our friends. The layout of the interior is a little tricky. They do have all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. I wish they had more coffee pod varieties and supply. Otherwise great option for a weekend stay

This is a fantastic property to stay. A few minute walk to the hill and beautiful views of the Mountains. Nice modern home, sauna is a nice touch on addition to a hot tub.
