The room I requested was first floor got sold out ahead of me even though I was checking in early. The room had lots of live bugs in the bedroom / bed. The roof leaked water/rain profusely in the kitchen and bedroom, and we had to pack everything up and move on short notice. After moving and coming back to the new room that evening from hunting all day the door lock was not working, We had to try 6 different keys and finally the desk manager came up to unlocked it and change batteries in the door lock mechanism. It was at a very inconvenient time.

The room smelled horrible, the bed sheets soaked up the smell of the room. The hot tub was broken and the pool was outdated and the cement in the pool was falling apart it felt like we were walking on gravel.

Quite expensive for the quality of room. The walls are peeling and there is a multitude of questionable colors on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was dead boxelder bugs on the air conditioner and some live in the room. One of the outside doors does not lock at all. Can be opened without an entry key and doesn’t even fully close. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Our recent stay in Craig, Colorado @ Quality Inn was wonderful! I always clean our room with disinfecting wipes before we use the toilet, sink or tub. I wipe off the TV remote, light switches, night stands & all counter tops, etc. I started cleaning our room by wiping out the bathroom sink, including the area where the sink & counter top join & the water overflow is located...... nothing! I wiped around it again, still absolutely nothing. This has never happened in any of our hotel stays. The whole room was soooo clean. The free breakfast was also really good. There was a guy working the dining room. He wore gloves & was constantly making sure all the food was replenished as needed. He cleaned up any spills immediately. He was so mannerly & professional. Wish we could have taken this hotel with us for the rest of our trip! Thanks Quality Inn for a job well done & for making our stay so enjoyable! 💕

Check-in was a little slow. There was only one person. However, very friendly and clean throughout. Very pleasant stay. Good breakfast and well-stocked.
