Me and my girlfriend have stayed here about 3-4 times now and it has been wonderful every time, nice quiet and peaceful the owners are wonderful and leave you be, the area is gorgeous and the property is lovely the house is nice and clean and comfortable. The owners have always been friendly very respectful and understanding, even going as far as to offer us sanctuary in their underground shelter during a pretty crazy tornado warning but I wanted to see the storm. Definitely FIVE STARS ALL AROUND I don’t see myself staying anywhere else when I’m in town

Our courteous hosts provided us a very clean and functional living space in this cozy hideaway. We stayed longer than the typical stay, as it allowed us to transition aged parents from a farm setting into long-term care in Joplin. The local interest, bonus to our stay, was watching and observing the docile neighbouring cattle.We were thankful for the private and quiet setting.
