El Presidente facilities, staff, and food are excellent! Beautiful and convenient location. The dive shop on site was great and the staff there were top notch. My only gripe is the beach chairs share an uncomfortable design. Can’t lay sideways or in certain ways because of a bar under your back. Nice and sturdy chairs, but bad design. We will return and would recommend to others!

The hotel is overall very good. Just a few things that could be improved. There is no hook or hanger for towers in the shower. Once you finish shower, you have to come out to the closet to get the towers. The hotel could add more features for kids such as playground.
