Excellent views from Balconies, Bedroom, and Livingroom. Friendly people at: front desk, bell hoping, maid service, towel desk, and food waiters. They were all very helpful and gave good useful answers to all questions asked, while maintaining a positive attitude. Rooms had everything we needed. Price for stay was also very competitive.

The hotel is very outdated. The photos do not reflect reality. The room had a bad smell, was old, small, and unpleasant. The staff is nice, but this is a very, very basic hotel. Even though we had already paid and the reservation was non-refundable, we decided to leave the hotel and pay again for another hotel because it was impossible to stay there.

Been staying here for 20 years, and unfortunately this will be my last. We had multiple issues during our stay that were maintenance related ... namely, an AC unit that wouldn't cool, and then the same unit that wouldn't shut off. Condition of furniture is degraded. Issues with the safe. Shower that is an odd design where the water pools up (not clogged, but just the design). TV remote randomly stops working (and terrible picture, not watchable). AC controls randomly stop working. Screen door pops right off when using. Internet access stops working randomly (had to sign in probably > 100 times). The staff is A+, and the facility location on the water is A+. You can snorkel and see a variety of tropical fish, rays, and much more right in front of the hotel. Very clean. But it just needs updating, period. If this hotel does a remodel and gets the rooms updated with new AC, new showers, new Wifi, new TVs, ,etc., then I absolutely would not hesitate to return. But until then, unfortunately I will be staying at other properties that are similar in price but have much nicer rooms. I truly wish the hotel staff the best of luck and hope the owners can invest and turn this ship around.

We understand that because we had booked a non-refundable stay, that we couldn’t get a refund; but the hotel would not even let us push the dates out when my husband got sick. We gave them plenty of notice. Surprising that they would treat a return guest that way.

The hotel itself is in very poor condition. The restaurants were never open in the afternoon and evening. There was no place to get a drink for sunset. Huge hotel and have nothing open for sunset. Staff was really nice especially Jesus
