Cox's Bazar trip

(1) A bridge called Rejukhal which is a pain in the ass has to be crossed to reach the hotel. Traffic can only flow only in one direction. I would never book this hotel (2) first night due to power outage air-conditioner was off. When it returned all lights turned on automatically. I could not sleep and rest properly. (3) check in and out were in different places and floor which I never ecperienced beforre. It was so frustrating for us. (4) Away from city, not convenient. . (

Overall it was a good experience with the swimming pool and everything but the bed, pillows and fixtures were quite old and used up . Bathroom door got locked and was not able to open it and had to call room service to get it sorted out . Stuffs were very friendly and available. The swimming pool and restaurants were nice as well . Food quality was okay . Front beach area was fine as well .

Amazing hotel, breakfast buffet had an ample selection of foods, unfortunately we had to leave early. Resort has its own private beach which was within proximity of the hotel itself. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend to all interested.
