You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Luxury, spacious, quiet bungalow, with private drive. 5 minute drive from Cowes

The property is self contained with private drive, parking for 3 cars, plus a double length garage. It was built in 2020/2021 and the first rental was in 2021 through Cottages.com where we have a rating of 10. 2026 will be our first year with VRBO, hence no reviews.
Trees Annexe located 5-minutes drive from Cowes.
Outdoors;
A large paved patio with table and 4 chairs, plus there are 4 zero gravity chairs, perfect for an afternoon siesta
Also there is a cover area for the BBQ and another table and 4 chairs.
You could walk around the 2 acre field at the back of Trees Annexe

Entrance;
enclosed glass roofed entrance between the sunlounge and the garage.
The spacious utility room is at the rear with washer, tumble dryer and clothes airer.
There is an extra toilet in this area.

Lounge, living and dining areas;
Living room has a 55" Smart TV, DVD player (selection of DVD included) also an Xbox plus games.
A small library of book, plus children's book and a couple of jigsaws.
There is a separate Sunlounge/dining room, 5 metres square, with dining table & chairs, lounge seating for 7 plus a large coffee table.

Kitchen & breakfast bar;
Fully equipped kitchen, with large fridge/freeze, electric range cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster and of course all the expected utensils and crockery, plus lots of pans.
Dine inside or outside, lots of choice. Or eat at the breakfast bar with 4 swivel stools

Bedrooms:
1. Twin room that can convert into a super-king (Queen 6 feet), ensuite bath with overhead shower unit
2. King size bed (5 feet), ensuite shower room
Each bedroom has a large, mirrored wardrobe and bedside draws
