This beautiful home is large enough to easily accommodate a family and all you need is just moments away.

THE SPACE
Bayview House is a stunning beach house located in Phillip Island, just a short walk to Red Rock Beach and a stone's throw from the Cowes main street.

Offering three bedrooms and a multi-use room with a double futon bed, the house comfortably sleeps 9 adults.

With a spa, pool table, TVs with Netflix, board games, books and high-speed internet, you will have everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

Bed linen and towels are provided as well as a washer/dryer, fridge, microwave, brand new oven and dishwasher and extensive cookware for the cooks amount you!

The house has been newly painted and updated with all new furniture and decor.

The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we the reserve right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
