Ocean Eyre a Modern 3 Bedroom House in Cowell

Recently renovated 3 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, laundry and ducted reverse cycle air conditioning. The property is conveniently located a short walk from Cowell shops, jetty and waterpark/ playground. It sleeps 5 people with off-street parking and plenty of space for a boat or caravan. Cowell is famous for fishing, crabbing and oysters.

The space
Master bedroom has a queen bed with modern ensuite. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 a single bed and access to main renovated bathroom.

Guest access
Key to property is located in a keylock box located in the electricity box. Code will be provided upon booking.

Other things to note
The premises is used one day a fortnight by a visiting chiropractic business and has treatment tables up against the wall in two rooms (handy for suitcase storage). The living room has a TV, desk, a 3 seater couch and a dining room chairs as it doubles as a reception area for the Chiros.
