Trastevere is a charming solar passive, rammed earth farmhouse located in the heart of the Wilyabrup wine region. The farmhouse is close to some of the region's oldest wineries with Vasse Felix's world class restaurant only a 2-minute walk away.

Set on a 100-acre working farm Trastevere is perfect for a peaceful farm stay and to connect to nature, yet close to all the region has to offer.

With 2 bathrooms, four bedrooms the farmhouse comfortably sleeps 10.

Please note Trastevere is a working cattle farm so please ensure ALL gates are left as you find them. Closed gates must be closed if you open them.

Children will require constant supervision, the Wilyabrup Creek runs through the property all year round and there is a spiral staircase in the farmhouse.


Quiet hours are between 12pm and 6am
Dogs are permitted on application. See dog rules in section X of the rental agreement.
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, but a designated area is available outside, and we've provided an ashtray for your convenience. Please dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly.
No School Leavers
Total number of occupants will not exceed the quoted number unless agreed.
Bed type: 1 King Bed | 2 Queen Beds | 4 Single Beds* (*Note: Single beds can't be pushed together).
Tents, boat, campers, caravans, swags, sleeping bags are not permitted on or to be used at the property during a booking.
The bins are emptied into the skip bin (Red lid bin: General waste, Yellow lid bin: Recycling).
Properties are professionally cleaned prior to your booking but please note that prior to your departure you are required to:
Put all furniture back in original positions
All dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back in their appropriate places.
All food and rubbish removed and put in the external bins.
BBQ turned off after use.
Ovens – food removed and wiped.
