We had a suite that we paid extra for riverside but the location really limits that so not worth the extra money. However room was large and no issues with noise, etc. it’s not in the best local and there is a shady liquor store directly in front of the hotel but we had no issues and our car was fine. There is a running patenting it and I ran a part of it with no issues but would advise against women running alone on it. It is placed in a good location for restaurants and other entertainment facilities. So for the price it was worth it.

Great Customer Service

Claire at the front desk was amazing!! From the moment we checked in to the minute we left she was so kind to us. There was another lady at the front desk that was very kind too, I don't remember her name but she was a Steelers fan. Customer Service was amazing! Housekeepers were EXTREMELY loud in the hall way. They need to remember some people are still sleeping and we don't need to hear what they did the night before. This occurred EVERY morning that we were there, very frustrating!! Housekeepers could do a better job at cleaning the tile in the showers, but other than that the rooms are clean and comfortable. We ubered everywhere we went, but Mainstrasse was in walking distance and we always felt safe. Would definitely stay here again!! Thank you Claire for your amazing customer service!!

The overall hotel is simply unclean. The floors were sticky and unmopped. The area where the hotel is located isnt the safest. We also had bloody comforters on BOTH beds. Told the front desk about it, they brought us new bedding but..this is not acceptable?? They also denied me a refund. Would never stay here again.

The room was clean, was bigger than I expected, the beds were a little tall (I'm 4'9 so it was a struggle but managed), no bugs which I cared more about than anything else. The staff was kind and even gave us a few homemade cookies. The stay was perfect. Only complaint I have was that my toddler wouldn't sleep until 4-430am. The pool wasn't crowded and it was a comfortable temperature. Alot of dining options nearby. Would recommend this hotel and also stay here again. Don't miss out on a bug free clean hotel because the area is sketchy. There's cameras everywhere and the cops stayed nearby our entire 2 day stay.

Room- bathroom had a urine smell and there was a stain on the comforter Sleep interrupted by a domestic situation; loud yelling in hallway and someone trying to break thru the door. The police were called. I understand this is beyond the hotels control.

This property was well suited to my needs. The room was spacious and clean. My only issue was with the linens. There were stains on the towels that kinda made me cringe. Otherwise it is family friendly with a very nice indoor pool. The water was a little cold for me but the kids loved it.
