The room was clean, was bigger than I expected, the beds were a little tall (I'm 4'9 so it was a struggle but managed), no bugs which I cared more about than anything else. The staff was kind and even gave us a few homemade cookies. The stay was perfect. Only complaint I have was that my toddler wouldn't sleep until 4-430am. The pool wasn't crowded and it was a comfortable temperature. Alot of dining options nearby. Would recommend this hotel and also stay here again. Don't miss out on a bug free clean hotel because the area is sketchy. There's cameras everywhere and the cops stayed nearby our entire 2 day stay.

This property was well suited to my needs. The room was spacious and clean. My only issue was with the linens. There were stains on the towels that kinda made me cringe. Otherwise it is family friendly with a very nice indoor pool. The water was a little cold for me but the kids loved it.

Definitely not the cleanest Holiday Inn Express that we have been too. I went in thinking "Ohh we are staying riverfront". We saw more cars above us then we did views of the river. The area it is located in isnt the safest or cleanest. Definately dont reccomend staying there again!

Check in was easy. Clare and Alexis were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were there for 5 nights and the entire staff was very helpful.
