I would definitely stay here again. Room is very nice and spacious. View out of the window was great. Breakfast was very expensive but it was good and had a wide selection of food. Once you get up the escalator from the train station, the hotel is right there which was nice since it was raining the day we arrived.

Staff was extremely helpful, accommodating and kind. The rain showers were amazing. Wish there was a way to make the room colder but I guess that’s just Europe. The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Bern. Right next to the main bus stop and train station. Highly recommend

Overall a good hotel. But with 5 stars and prices to match one expects better. Bath towels were not thick. There were so many light switches that you’d need a degree in engineering to figure them out. Temperature controls were also difficult. Sometimes less is more.

Great Location. We used it as a central spot to take trains to the scenic sites. Did a few day trips. Spent one day exploring Bern. Easy accessible, bus, tram, train and lots of food options around. Breakfast staff and front desk staff were excellent.
