Located in the charming village of Entrèves, in a quiet private complex, it’s just a few minutes from the center of Courmayeur and only a 5-minute walk from the Val Veny cable car. Ideal for skiing in winter or starting beautiful summer hikes at the foot of Mont Blanc!

🏡 The house is spacious, bright, and perfect for a mountain holiday! 🏔️
It features a large living room with lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds, and a cozy mezzanine with a French sofa bed.
There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub 🛁 and one with a shower 🚿.
The panoramic terrace offers a splendid view of the mountains 🌄.
Guests have access to two convenient parking spaces: one outdoors and one in a garage 🚗.

Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive a message on your mobile phone with all the details, including the rental agreement for your stay. For any needs, you can contact us through the same channel: we are available every day from 08:00 to 22:00, non-stop!

Access to the apartment is via Self Check-In, so you can arrive freely without restrictions.

Send us a message at least 12 hours in advance: the service is subject to availability.

🛏️ INCLUDED COMFORTS
• Bed linen and towels provided according to the number of guests and beds booked.
• Basic kitchen kit: tea towel, detergent, sponge, trash bag.
• Bathroom courtesy set: soap, shampoo, shower gel, and 3 rolls of toilet paper.

⚠️ FOR HYGIENE REASONS, no food items are provided in the house (e.g., sugar, salt, oil, pepper, or coffee).

🧾 TOURIST TAX
• Between €1.00 and €2.00 (depending on the season) per day, up to a maximum of 7 days.
• Children under 15 are exempt.
• The tax is not included in the booking price.

♻️ WASTE SEPARATION
• We kindly ask you to follow the waste separation rules.
• At check-out, the apartment must be free of waste.
• Otherwise, a €30 fee will be charged.

🐾 PETS WELCOME!
• We are happy to welcome your four-legged friends, upon request and confirmation (SMALL PETS ONLY)
• Additional cost: €30 per stay.
• Any damage to furniture or fabrics will be charged.
