Typical chalet property with super friendly and accommodating staff. The property could do with some serious renovation in terms of style (we are in 2020 now!) but the hotel is comfortable. The shuttle from the hotel into the resort eradicates any concerns about distance. Ski in / ski out: hmmm it is a bit of a walk to the slope but doable. Hotel does need to sort ski room system (room numbers would be a start) so that guests don’t accidentally take the wrong skis. Would recommend staying at this hotel.

Notre séjour à l'hôtel Bellecôte à été très agréable. Nous y avons été traités avec le plus grand soin. Le service a été parfait : à l'écoute, avec le sourire, disponibilité et gentillesse à tous les égards !! Je recommande sans hésiter ce bel endroit très confortable et authentique : on s'y sent comme à la maison !

Comfortable, convenient but not 4 stars

Great location, friendly staff but too laidback, serious need of renovation, below average breakfast. I would have given a better rating if this hotel had been rated 3 stars. It definitely doesn't deserve 4 stars. But again, the overall experience wasn't unpleasant.
