Our bathroom was stocked with limited towels. No one at the counter when we arrived but was able to call and get someone. Pool room was horrible. VERY, VERY hot and muggy in there. We didn't swim because of it. Handle to the back door was broken and we had a hard time getting in from the parking lot. Overall however, it was a good location for the airport and getting around the city. Staff was kind. Breakfast was decent.

Arrived early 9 am , rooms not ready, ok. Left name and suitcaes to go explore. Returned 6 pm , room king and never cleaned. We ordered 2 queens and had proof. Request to speak to manager, front desk person refused to allow us to even though he was speaking on the phone. told us he would call the police since I told another customer check your room. Front desk said it was hotels.com fault not putting in correct order. After spekaing to hotel.com it was morning staff fault putting us in king room.Finally we were given 2 queen room/ 50 percent back.When entering the new queen room ..beds made however The bathroom not cleaned ,toilet had urine and pubic hairs on it from previous clients. No rooms in town so had to stay and have the room cleaned and stayed in it.

The hotel is close to the airport yet I don’t remember hearing planes (quiet). It is also close to Schwab Field. There’s a convenience store and restaurant (Perkins) within walking distance. The hotel and property was clean. The front desk staff were so nice and accommodating as were the shuttle drivers. They provided a shuttle to and from Schwab Field and the airport which was greatly appreciated. We did not need a vehicle the four days we were there! The only reason I gave 4 stars was for breakfast and the lack of a microwave in the room. It’s nice to have a fridge but it would be nice to have a microwave to heat leftovers in. The dining room had a good selection of food each morning but it was barely warm. Even the “hot” water carafe was barely warm. Again, a microwave in this area as well would allow guests to heat the food to their liking. Would definitely stay here again.

Room had medicine and food on the floor when we arrived. Bottom sheet and bed cover were stained. Bandaid fell out of the mini fridge when we opened it. Was quiet and convenient to what we were doing in town. Dissapointed after spending 300 dollars for one night!!

I was profoundly disappointed. The room booked is not the room I was given. We were 2, had booked 2 queen beds and was given 1 king. I spent an hour sorting it out, the desk blamed Expedia, and despite assurance of a discounted rate, I was charged a rate $50 MORE than my booked rate. As I write I am awaiting a refund. Very unhappy.
