Our stay was short but enjoyable. The staff was nice and professional. The room was very clean. My only concern was that I need saw someone at the front reception desk during our stay, which seemed odd. All in all, I would recommend this hotel to stay while in Omaha or surrounding areas.

The place was clean breakfast was good. The elevator was broken when we checked in they said it would be fixed in a couple hours. Had to go to 3 rd floor due to health issues it was hard going up and down stairs. Caused cramping and discomfort in legs and feet. The lady who checked us out even said she could tell be watching me on steps.

Very clean, nice room. Reserved a shuttle for airport, it showed up late. Apparently the elevator has been not working for about a month. Lots of bags to haul up steps.

I expect a FULL REFUND as we ended up going to another hotel! We were not told the elevators were not working and HAD BEEN DOWN FOR A WEEK OR SO! My husband and I are in our seventies and could not haul up our suitcases to the second floor especially with my husband’s heart problems! The check in gal met us when we pulled up sitting outside in the freezing cold smoking with her walker!!!! Will never book at that HAMPTON INN AGAIN!! Please start my refund!
