Old renovated farm between Sologne and Berry, gîte adjoining another gîte in a quiet hamlet on the edge of Sancerre and close to Gien. Ground floor: living room/kitchen with lounge area, separate toilet
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (Bedroom No. 1 with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, Bedroom No. 2 with 2 single beds), separate shower room (shower, toilet)
Shared land with the second gîte but each with its own adjoining garden space separated by vegetation and its own private garden furniture, barbecue.
A parking space in the driveway next to the gîte.
Mandatory cleaning fee for business stays (€50), as well as bed linen rental (€9/person) and towel rental (€4/person)
Heating included (within a reasonable consumption limit of maximum 20kwh. If exceeded, you will be charged extra). Internet with Fiber.
