Our well-equipped kitchens and spacious dining area allow you to savor home-cooked meals with your loved ones. The two dining tables comfortably seat up to 18 guests, creating an inviting space for shared meals and conversations.
Bedrooms and bathrooms:
The 1st master bedroom downstairs features a king bed & a bathroom with a shower. A 25” flat screen is mounted on the wall for guests who like to watch movies in bed. French doors open up to the wraparound porch.
The 2nd master bedroom features a king bed & a bathroom with shower, washer & dryer, and opens up onto the wraparound porch.
The Owner Suite is an additional master suite with a very large living space that includes a sofa, fireplace, 60-inch TV, King bed, work desk, and large master bathroom with a shower and tub. The Owners Suites has its own entrance or can be accessed from the 2nd floor main house living area.
We have two bedrooms that include two twin beds, closet and window overlooking the private yard.
Another two bedrooms that have a queen bed, closet and window overlooking private yard.
One bedroom includes a twin daybed, washer & dryer, and opens up onto the wraparound porch.
The last bedroom includes a twin bed with views out to the pasture, the Black Hills and Mingus Mountain.
There is a half bathroom downstairs and a full bathroom with a very large shower upstairs and in the downstairs master. The master bedroom features a king bed & a bathroom with shower with a door that opens up to a semi-private patio/porch.
The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms include two twin beds, closet and window overlooking the private yard.
The 4th bedroom includes a full bed, closet and window overlooking private yard.
There is also a half bathroom.
For larger groups, add the guest house loft to ensure everyone has plenty of space to relax and enjoy their stay. Guest house loft includes two queen beds and four twin beds. We can accommodate up to 32 people when additional space is added. Ask RichardsonRanchAZ about the additional cost.
