We really enjoyed our stay in Macao. The property offers a shuttle service, and we loved that they have non-smoking rooms. The check-in process was smooth, and the Front Desk agent was very professional and kind to us. We arrived quite late, and only one restaurant was open; however, the menu and food quality were a bit disappointing.

Hotel was at good price. But we were assigned a nonsmoking room on a smoking floor. Really strong smoke smell in the corridor. Bad for my family with asthma. But hotel agreed to switch us to another non smoking level the next day. Hotel is good but definitely not in good shape as the other one. 3.9 stars overall.

Parisian PRE CNY break

This is really amazing. 2nd time we stayed here. Service at the front desk is 2nd to none. Very happy and will return. We got upgraded to a suite also which was a pleasant surprise.
