I asked three times for a bedsheet change and towel change three different days to different employees. They all asked what my room number is and I told them, they reassured me they would get it done and every single time that was wrong. Bad service and the rooms were described and looked better on the app

The room was very clean, and kept very clean throughout the week. Staff was able to replenish towels, toiletries whenever asked. We spent Christmas here, and the staff was very kind and considerate throughout the stay. The restaurant on the ground floor was very good, but a bit higher priced given the quality was not extraordinary. The location was central to everything we did and made for a great return spot throughout the day if needed. The only drawback was the parking. While checking in, they asked if we had a car— he said there was a parking garage and he would add access for the garage to our room key. At no point did I consider it to be an additional cost. Probably silly of me, but I expected parking to be included. It wasn’t until the next to last day we paid attention to the sign posted that said it was $42 a night for the garage, which of course prompted us to speak to the front desk. They agreed to remove 3 of the 7 days of charges, but said they could not agree to any more of a discount. My primary concern with this is hypothetical… but had I known, had I opted to not be charged for the garage, where would I have parked my car? No street parking near, no access to any other parking garage… it left us feeling a bit disappointed. It didn’t ruin the hotel or the stay, but I would much rather have been made aware upon arrival & check-in. Deciding to ask out of curiosity is all that saved us $126. Overall, great hotel, wonderful staff.
