Welcome to our newly renovated 1-bedroom apartment in the heart of Cospicua's residential center! Just a few minutes stroll from the harbour waterfront, immerse yourself in local culture while enjoying contemporary comforts in a space that feels like home. Explore nearby cafes, historic sites, and picturesque walks. Your perfect local getaway!
Bright, sun-lit apartment with a spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen and a dedicated workspace.
The bedroom has plenty of storage, and blackout curtains. It leads to the en-suite bathroom with a generous vanity, large walk-in shower, and laundry area.
Minutes walk away from the restaurants, cafes, rocky beaches, museums, main attractions and the other 'Three Cities' historic centers of Birgu & Senglea.
5 minute ferry ride to/from the Capital City of Valletta (ferry quay is less than a 10 minute walk away).
3 minute walk to the the main bus terminus.
Conveniently located with free street parking available within a few meters of the building, and a local grocery shop a few doors down the road.

We engaged international award winning local architects to design and complete a premium and well appointed apartment to offer a quality experience to our guests.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, has ceiling fans in all rooms, and is well cross-ventilated - all options to keep you cool in the summer.
Malta occasionally does get cold in the winter months, and we are one of the only holiday rental apartments that have invested in underfloor heating throughout the apartment, for guaranteed thermal comfort.
We are big on sustainability and made every effort to renovate the property sustainably, whilst ensuring an un-compromised quality in design and comfort. Re-purposed material was sourced to form the solid travertine stone floors in an intricate 'Palladiana Veneziana' pattern. Furniture is designed and manufactured locally, or restored mid-century pieces.
The apartment is licensed with the Malta Tourism Authority and meets the standards of a 'Comfort Class' holiday premises. License number HPI/9784.
