We checked in 06/16/ 25. Rm 127. Front desk clerk nice. This was one of the worst rooms I have stayed in. I spilled milk on the floor, so I wiped it up, and the paper towel was literally BLK. Probably not moped for days. there was no way I was walking on it. I went to the desk, told her I wanted someone to mop it. Bless her heart desk clerk mopped. The frig was cold first day, left for about five hrs. Came back to get a cold drink and the frig was warm. Used the microwave, wouldn’t work. Went to get ice, it was broke. The hall where ice machine was absolutely filthy. Rates are good, but rooms are discussing . The outside area by pool was disgusting with weed and dirt piles papers everywhere. All and all I give this rating POOR! On our trip we stayed at the supper 8 in Susanville. It was clean and nice. That’s the way every room should be.

My bed sheets had bodily fluids on it. Not just stained, but dried up crusty spots. The room was covered in sticky substances and there was hair and debris everywhere like it hadnt even been serviced/cleaned from the last person. I contacted the property and they have not responded. I wouldnt stay here again if it were my only option

Not what we were expecting

The room smelled like an old smoker, there was random homeless people hanging out and our first night we had whoever was upstairs banging and stomping around from midnight to about 3am. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and between that, the noise upstairs and outside we got hardly any rest. We left a day early and went to another hotel.
