Ok for an overnight stay

Fine for an overnight stay. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was within walking distance of a nice park with a lake and waking paths. The price for the motel was on the low side of others. We would stay there again if it was just for an overnight.

Good night and breakfast at good price…

Clean quiet room (except for the loud air conditioner). Lovely check in lady. Good shower. Good breakfast! We did not need to use the air conditioner as the room stayed cool once we cooled it down … but it’s loudness would have been a big negative if we had needed it through the night.

Our key card worked for multiple rooms. Doors to building are not secure. Missing fire alarms and room smelled like toxic chemicals not cleaner's. Half the security cameras didnt work. We didn't even stay the night because of all this then. Then after all this they charged me more than one nights stay . Should be fully refunded for something like this. “DO NOT STAY HERE”

Great front desk staff but rather mediocre overall

Pam at the front desk was fantastic! The door to our room didn't fit properly. There was a gap of about a half inch between the door and the jamb at the top of the door. Although the hotel was supposed to be pet friendly, they really didn't have a place for pets to relieve themselves.

First, I was very specific that I needed 2 beds, of course when I checked in we had a single, the hostess was very gracious and resolved, I was only disappointed because lm currently considered an invalid and had carried everything to room just to have to reload and go back up the stairs which didn’t go well

Air conditioning was set at 73 when we arrived near 9pm and our room was very warm. I turned it down to 72 and it was so loud. About 2am it was very hot and the air had turned itself completely off. After much exploring, it seems a timer had been set and ended. Had no idea. After turning off eco friendly and setting the temperature to 68 it cooled some. Our night was completely disrupted. When left the room for breakfast, the hallway was at least 5 degrees cooler than the room. We keep our home at 73; our room never cooled close to that. Horrible night. Parking was horrible. We had to park and carry luggage from lower parking. Only three tables available for breakfast with many more guests there to eat. Pam was very pleasant when we checked in. When we checked out, the woman was very nice and told us she would note the air conditioner concern and gave us a number to call since it was such a horrible night. Called but it just rang and unable to talk with anyone.

Front office staff Pamela was very friendly and explained everything in detail. Room was dirty, found white hairs all over the room (dresser, tables and floor). Sheets weren’t on the bed all the way. Shower was dirty and had to wipe it down before using it.

Clean but noisy

The after-hours check in was done remotely through a screen and it was surprisingly easy. The fan in room 216 was so loud that I could hear it through my earplugs and it made it hard to sleep with the noise. The back buildings have too little parking. The room was very clean with zero bugs.

Exceeded expectations for over 8 of 10 customer rating for our king room in the two story unit. Only ping is that there is a large sign and room that says bending but there was nothing there so went across street to dq (better than vending)
