We loved the remodeled room with all the hooks for hand and bath towels. Also like the general layout of the room and carpet only under the bed. The only issue was the king size bed sagged terribly. I had to sleep on it sideways on it. It was also a quiet room.

About 9 miles from entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. Very clean. Remodeled and attractive. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Highly recommend.

This hotel is newly renovated so our room looks new and very clean! The beds and pillows are very comfy. There’s a nice restaurant just next door. Destination Grill and they served really really good food.

Typical stay. Everything seemed clean and nice. Breakfast was solid and clean. No complaints. Parking is a bit tight.

Coffee was out to drink, but counter person took milk away and when asked for milk said, not supposed to be out past breakfast and did not get it. Why have coffee out and not the milk, and why not accomodate guests at the hotel? Also the hot tub was not working 2 days in a row. there was one person that knew how to reset it and get it working again, but that was it. left unoperable after that 1 reset. No waters or banana s out , which is the way things were at the previos Hampton Inn stay in Moab. People there were friendlier and more accomodating. Coffee was available all day and waters and fruit were sent out with the guests each day. Huge difference in Hotels.

Overall Great Stay in Cortez, CO

All good except noise level from floor above my room. Every footstep! In addition, children were allowed to run up and down the hall late at night. I would stay there again but only in a top floor room. Room amenities were excellent. Hotel renovated.
