Well stay here again!

This was a great place for us to stop. The hotel is new, the rooms quiet, they have washer and dryers in a separate laundry room, and the staff was very helpful.

Almost great

Stay was in fine, hotel is brand new and quality is solid, but a few things kept it from a 5. Curtains in room aren’t all blackout, walls are thin (neighbors 6am alarm for 10 minutes was loud), no freezer in the fridge, and 11am checkout time when other hotels in the area are 12. All fixable and doing so would be a solid 5.

This property was very clean, comfortable and in a great location with a shopping center, hospital and the Larkspur Ferry nearby. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. This is a very minimalistic hotel. There is no gym, no swimming pool, no closets and no microwave nor was there a welcome or greeting guidebook with "how to" instructions and a list of interesting things to do and dining nearby. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay from 07/15-07/31/2025 Marva Washington from San Francisco

Ideal location and nicely updated

Great location and nicely updated facility. The bed was very comfortable. Everything we needed. If you need quicker wifi, the library is right across the street as well as dining and shopping options within walking distance.

This place is a great place to stay. The property is close to so many things and also very quiet. The two challenges we had were, the TV would not connect, but not a big deal for us as we were out most of the day. the staff attempted to fix for us (and I am sure they could have the next day), but again not a concern for us. The only other thing for me (but not my family), I am a light sleeper and there is a side window that has a light on outside so it made the room a little bright for me during the night...but that's because I am a light sleeper. Thanks for the great stay!

Changes to Property Needed

This is a relatively new property that is set up motel style. It clearly was designed by architects with no hotel experience. There was no place to hang clothes and no clothes hangers. Also, the soundproofing between units was subpar. Apparently, the owners are looking into how to address these problems. The property is across the street from the Corte Madera Town Center Mall, which is very nice. Also across the street from the public library.

I'm pretty sure this is my favorite hotel room I've ever stayed in. It is so beautifully and simplistically designed… And it's super comfortable. I wish there were Evergreens everywhere!

Evergreen should be called a motel, not a hotel. The front desk girl was just ok, she seemed tired. The bathroom was dirty in the deep corners. The bed was comfortable, and I was glad it was quiet while sleeping. There was no remote for the TV in the room, so the tired woman gave me a remote and said "maybe this one will work"...it didn't. Took it back to her. After about 10 minutes a young man arrived with 2 remotes. He was able to turn on the TV with one of the remotes, and left. But, changing channels didn't work. None of this was a big deal, because I have prime movies on my laptop. So I watched a couple of comedies and went to sleep. Don't think I'll stay here again.

I stayed here for just one night, and I’m not sure I’d choose to stay any longer. Upon arrival, the property gave off the feel of an overnight truck stop motel, which made me question the safety—especially as a solo traveler. The front desk is not consistently staffed, and each time I visited, it took several minutes for someone to come out from the back office. The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but the walls were extremely thin. I could clearly hear neighboring guests—down to the sound of a cellphone vibrating—which made it difficult to get uninterrupted rest. I was also woken up multiple times by guests returning late at night. Overall, it was okay for a brief overnight stay, but I likely wouldn’t return or recommend it for a longer visit.
