Clean room. I’ve been doing customer service for more than 30 years.. I walked in the office to check in and felt as if I offended the worker. She lifted a clock on the counter that says will return time.. then a rude look from her. I said oh I’m so sorry I called and was told I could check in..

The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. Checkin was quick and smooth. My only issues were that the road noise was loud and one of the windows had a blind and drape but the other only had a blind so light came through all night. We did have to ask for toilet paper in the evening which was strange, I’ve never had to do that for a one night stay.

We got to park our vehicle in front of our room. Check-in was quick and cordial. Coffee and carbonated water available at the office. Breakfast is not included and that’s OK because it is not advertised. The rooms are updated, comfortable with large bathrooms, and clean. We found the mattress a little bit hard for our back but different people have different mattress preferences. Located in a quiet neighborhood, about an eight minute walk from the mall. Food establishments nearby, a coffee shop just behind the hotel, a grocery store just a three minute drive away, at the mall. An inexpensive price, perfect for those who are looking for no-frills but a clean environment.
