Located in a small community, this spacious townhouse has 4 bedrooms 3.5 baths and is close to the beach, restaurants, bars, and shops. This home overlooks the community pool, picnic area, lounge chairs, and grills. The living room is perfect for gathering on the large sectional, loveseat and chair while watching your favorite movie on the wall mounted TV. There is a half bath in the hallway for your convenience. Prepare dinner in the full kitchen furnished with basic dishes, pots, pans, utensils and both regular coffee maker and a Keurig. Dine at the large table with seating for eight. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom (BR1) with a Queen bed, sleeper sofa, reading area and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tile shower. At the top of the landing, sits another master bedroom (BR2) with a queen size bed, luggage rack, nightstands, chest and wall mounted TV. The ensuite bathroom provides a vanity and tub/shower. The guest bedroom (BR3) has a queen bed, nightstands, closet and wall mounted TV.
