I arrived 40 minutes after recommended check in time and they stated that no rooms were ready and we were to wait until there was rooms ready. Several families were also waiting so i departed and stayed elsewhere.

Our room was not ready when we arrived at check in time and they wouldn't give discount or extend our stay. They were so rude and let us cancel our reservation instead of just letting us check out an hour later. Almost ruined our trip except we got a much better deal across the street. Cheaper, cleaner and more amenities at the holiday inn

Not the best for the cost

I was told no smoking on property and the 2nd floor smelled like nothing but weed. I know it was spring break but there were cockroaches in the lobby and garbage everywhere. Beer cans, pizza boxes, food containers, garbage cans were overflowing. We tried to leave at 430 am and there was no security, no front desk, no one for a hot minute. We finally called the front desk at 6 and was able to get someone to jump start our car. Two females with a small child at 430 and no help, not good.

New administration, everything was very limited, no regular coffe and water in the room, no options for regular lunch ir dinner, only one opcion for breakfast. Our roo. Was assigned to an other guest and the guest key open our room at 8pm. No room services, no good service for the money that we paid.

We are already being charged a resort fee. Other properties include the parking into the resort fees. Not this location It’s 10 extra to park. Not a lot of money but definitely an annoying money grab from greedy owners and management

Strang this place is still open

Run down building needing lots of tlc and updates. Seems like it should be shut down. The noise from part goers was all through the night, even in the hallways. Walls were falling apart, elevators were ridiculously small, there were no comforters on our beds, front desk kids werent professional. The only thing we liked was the proximity to the beach. We'll find something different next time though.

Right on the beach. The Breakfast and Dinner buffets were good, but the wait staff for the restaurant was brand new and very nice.

So it’s advertised for a price online. Add to that $1# for parking and $10 for resort fee. No place to buy a soda unless you paid $3 for mostly ice at the outside bar. Kitchen was being remodeled for their spring guests so the only cereal was fruit loops, no waffles, only orange juice. Their setting consisted mostly of jams. Only apples. No bagles. We never found out if the 2 bottles of water in our room came with a price.However everything was wrapped in plastic and I mean everything-even the coffee cup tops. will say the beach is very convenient.
