Welcome to Seahorse — a single-level beachfront cottage at Seaside Cottages, where vibrant coastal design meets the ease of true beach living.



Step inside to find a turquoise kitchen with quartz counters, stainless appliances, and a rattan pendant light over the dining area with colorful watercolor-print chairs and playful mermaid décor. The open living area features mid-century pink and gold sofas, beach art, and a large smart TV.



The master bedroom has a king bed with mustard bedding and abstract ocean art, plus an en-suite bath with a turquoise vanity and stunning seafoam wave-tile shower with a built-in bench. A second bedroom with a queen bed and coral bedding opens to another bathroom with fish-scale tile. The kids' room features a twin daybed, bunk beds, and rainbow art — perfect for families.



From the covered deck, enjoy mosaic-top bistro dining with dune views, or walk directly to the shared guitar-shaped pool with a pergola and lounge area. The driveway leads straight onto the beach access road. Just north of beach marker 10, you'll enjoy the perfect mix of convenience and wide-open beachfront privacy.



Your golf cart is included with pickup/drop-off at the home.



Seaside Cottages is a three-home beachfront compound, available individually or together. Combined, the three homes sleep 22 — ideal for weddings, reunions, and large gatherings with privacy between groups.

Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in. Starkey Properties by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 48 hours prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.



City of Port Aransas - Beach Parking Permit Information:

To park along the beaches in the City of Port Aransas, a $12.00 permit is required. This applies to the area from Marker (0) to Marker (62). Beach parking stickers can be purchased at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, local grocery and convenience stores, as well as various vendors and businesses in town and on the beach. Free parking areas are available between the Jetties and Horace Caldwell Pier, as well as between Markers 52-58.



Note: This residence is not situated in an area accessible by golf carts, as crossing Highway 361 with a golf cart is against the law.
