Margarita Time

Summary:

Welcome to this tiny home located in Sailfish RV Resort. The newest luxury RV Resort in Port Aransas. This in town community is located right next to the ship channel and has endless things to experience. The fishing is amazing off the Charlies Pasture 24-hour pier, walk or bike through the trails or take a golf cart ride through town. The park has an oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, hammock park, laundry facility and birding pond.



The Space:

Next to the tiny home is a private 15 x12 foot palapa with an outdoor kitchen. The kitchen is complete with a nice gas grill, granite counter tops, a mini fridge, fire pit, lights and a fan. The house has a King size bed down stairs and a Full size bed upstairs in the loft. There are full size appliances and an amazing shower in the bathroom.



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire tiny home, including the downstairs bedroom with a king-size bed and the upstairs loft with a full-size bed. Enjoy the full kitchen with full-size appliances. Step outside to your private 15x12 foot palapa, complete with an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill, granite countertops, mini fridge, fire pit, and seating area. The property is located in Sailfish RV Resort, where you can enjoy the oversized heated community pool, kids splash pad, dog park, and hammock park.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Port Aransas, your tiny home offers easy access to the best the town has to offer. You're just a stone's throw from the ship channel, perfect for fishing enthusiasts. Cast your line from the Charlie's Pasture 24-hour pier, a short walk or bike ride away. For dining, explore local favorites – many restaurants and cafes are within a quick golf cart ride. If you're looking for shops and boutiques, a leisurely golf cart cruise will lead you to unique finds. The community itself, Sailfish RV Resort, boasts an amazing oversized heated pool, kids splash pad, dog park, and hammock park. Enjoy the laid-back island atmosphere and the convenience of having everything at your fingertips.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy! Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience. While Port Aransas is a small town, a golf cart is a fun way to explore the area. You can also easily walk or bike to many attractions. For those arriving by air, the closest airport is Corpus Christi International Airport (CRP), approximately a 45-minute drive away. Consider ride-sharing services or taxis for transportation to and from the airport.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. Smoking is not allowed, and pets are not permitted. Enjoy the outdoor kitchen with the gas grill and fire pit, but please use them responsibly. Sailfish RV Resort offers fantastic amenities, including a heated pool and splash pad, which you're welcome to enjoy.
