Both doors to side entrance and emergency doors were being held open by rocks. I felt unsafe for me and my family. Entered my room with smell of dog and cigar that made my head hurt and my nose running ,as i have allergies. I informed front desk employee Linda and she told me to inform Expedia to receive my refund and now im out of $91 because the manager from that location does not refund 3rd party booking agency.

I requested that my room to get cleaned and all trash be taken out and beds be made up since we were staying the whole weekend. Came back into my room and all the trash was still on the counter restroom was not clean towels were just put on the counter, beds were not made up and I asked for another trash can because there was only one trash can in the room and not one in the restroom. No one brought another trash can, I asked what do we do with all the trash was told to put outside room door with all dirty sheets and towels and someone will come get it. My son had to go downstairs to the desk and get clean sheets and more toilet paper because they didn’t leave anything. Got up the next morning to see trash, dirty sheets and towels still outside room door and a lot of other attendance trash in the hall as well. Not sure what the new policy is but that is very unusual to do that. We drive 4 + hours to stay there and visit with family and never had that problem before. So unhappy with this stay and not sure if we will continue using this hotel in the future.

At one point my son was locked in the room because the lock didn't work. I figured out how to get the door open but not for several hours and the man on staff was of very little help

The staff was great and breakfast was good! The hotel itself just needs some cosmetic fixes and a couple of upgrades. Especially in the restrooms. Other than that worth the price.

The customer service was great and the cleaning of the room was just as it should be. Well managed property and great location near fast food and the highway. I stayed for 4 nights and 5 days which was worth the price. I will eventually come back when visiting family. Thank you

The room smelled horrible. We had a “patio” view but the patio was filthy an had not been cleaned. There were bees swarming all around so that “feature” was not enjoyable. The breakfast bar was practically bare. The fruit bowls were empty, the bread box had minimal options spread out in the case to appear as if was fully We attempted to eat breakfast at 9:30 am & expected a fresh spread of options, but was truly disappointed.

Room smelled. The hotel lobby smelled. The floor we were on smelled like weed. I felt dirty staying there but was too tired to leave because I was in the emergency room with my baby till 3am. Was really disappointed and want my money back.
