Beautiful and Spacious Home-Just minutes from beaches

Beautiful and spacious home. Large fenced back yard with patio and bbq pit. Great neighborhood for walking and a small home gym. We are minute from the island/beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Garage and Master bedroom downstairs at back of home (past the office and half bath) will be locked and closed off. I will consider a pet once I have all info. House trained/crated, etc. Pet fee will apply.
Not accessible: Master bedroom and garage.
