Dolphin's View is a beautiful beachfront home that is truly one of a kind. It offers unobstructed views of the ocean and the most elegant living. The ground level of this home provides a wet bar and sitting area that opens to the private pool and 2 bedrooms both with private baths and king-size beds. Up the stairs, to the second level, you will find 4 bedrooms and a central living area. The first 2 master suites have king-size beds with private baths and the other two bedrooms share a bath with a queen in one room and 2 sets of twin bunks in the other. The bunk room is set up in true kid fashion with a sofa for playing games or watching movies. There is a spacious beachfront deck off of this level with a cocktail table that seats 8. Up the stairs to the third floor, you will find a spacious open living/ kitchen area. Take in amazing views with floor-to-ceiling windows. The grand beachfront patio is appointed with a dining table that seats 8 and is the perfect place to enjoy the waves crashing on the sand. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals and snacks from spacious countertops, high-end appliances, drip coffee maker, spices, pots, pans and utensils. The dining table seats 10 and there is additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar. There is also a half bath to serve this level. Cook up the day's catch on the gas grill while sitting out under the pergola. This home offers the perfect setting for a one-of-a-kind family vacation. Come experience island life at Dolphin's View.

A Great Stay

This is an amazong location and a wonderful house! We will be coming back. Our only suggestions are to simplify and update the TV situation in the home (its a mess) and to get better more comfortable seating on the wonderful back patios.

Family Getaway

This house was everything we were looking for! The location, house set up, pool, view were all we could ask for. There are a lot of stairs, but that gave us exercise and a fantastic view! But they also have an elevator that worked great when we felt we didn't need anymore exercise or to bring luggage and groceries up! It was not far from shopping, restaurants, and groceries yet far enough to be quiet on the beach. We had one minor issue and they had that taken care of quickly! We would definately stay again!!

Best beach trip we’ve had!

We had a great time, highly recommend this location and home! We do an annual beach trip for our small company and this was the best one we’ve had. The house was perfect for what we needed, very clean and had no issues! Thank you for a wonderful play to stay!

Beautiful!

Very clean and perfectly situated on 361 - also loved the fact that beach access was right outside our door! It is located pretty much in the middle of two beach access roads so the crowds that you see at other locations are not there at all - it was great! The house is amazing - I would prefer blinds on the windows due to the A.M. sun on the back of the house and the P.M. in the front. But overall, the views, decks, elevator, location and the house itself are worth everything!

Amazing view

The pictures do not do the view justice. The views were stunning. The house configuration and square footage allow space and comfort for everyone. Poor wi-fi but not sure if that could be helped. This house does need some TLC from the owners on appliances. Even after having maintenance out to restore power to kitchen microwave it didn’t work. The oven racks fell to the center allowing only one shelf and the dishwasher never worked. The refrigerator/freezer never had the bins our rails in the door so we had even less frozen storage than the small refrigerator/freezer offered. The pool was great especially for the kiddos. The BBQ was really old and only 1/2 the burners worked even after my husband spent an hour cleaning it up. All that being said I would stay here again for the views and the location to the beach. Loved all of the bathrooms. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer beach for small children. Also plenty of parking and room for our two golf cart rentals. This is an awesome property just needs new appliances and a bigger refrigerator

Great house for group of friends

This house was really great for making everyone feel like they had enough room. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and pots and pans which is very nice. The location is perfect! The one thing they could improve on is the pool area. The gravel they have used is very rough on the feet and you had to wear shoes to protect your feet from sticky burrs! Had to pull out a lot of thrones and tiny sharp rocks from little feet. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Great Great place. Best we have stayed in Port A. Strongly recommend. Could use a wifi mesh type system to help spread wifi through all 3 floors but this is a 5 star place no matter what.

A few hiccups but a beautiful property and responsive management

I will start off by saying that the property is beautiful. It truly is a beautiful home, perfect for large families and groups. It is an easy walk to the beach. It wasn't a busy or peak time, so it was very nice. Great views and the property is well stocked. As mentioned, there were some hiccups, but the property management was responsive and I appreciate that. The first hiccup was that the property was advertised as having a heated pool. It in fact does not. That was a big selling point because we had some kiddos who wanted to go to the beach and then swim. So, that was not okay. They did credit us for the inaccurate advertisement and I appreciated that gesture. Regarding cleanliness, the house was clean, for the most part. The cabinets had smudges, which is common, I suppose. I get it. But the dishes in the cabinets were not clean. Some had lipstick on the rim and fingerprints. A few things to also note the house is located behind an RV park, which is fine, but I wish I had known because we were very confused as to how to find the property. At the front of the RV park, there are dumpsters. You do have to drive your trash out to the dumpsters at the front of the RV park. I received a text the day before checkout that it was trash pick-up and that I had to wheel out the trash bins to the front of the house. So, we were looking around for trash bins and couldn't find any. We called and it was explained that we shouldn't have received that text and that we had to drive out to the front to the dumpsters. So, just an inconvenience. Overall, it was a beautiful home and memories were shared, but there are some areas of improvement. The property management is responsive so I feel as though these things will be addressed.

Oceanfront Oasis

Gorgeous, spacious property with ample room, privacy and spaces for gathering. Wonderful, huge balconies with ocean, sunrise and moon on the water views. Pool was a nice plus. Boardwalk right to the beach was great. Amenities, decor and beds were great!!! It was the perfect place to connect with family for lifetime memories.

The layout of the house and the privacy for each of the guests was great. A/C on one floor was not functional; was addressed upon arrival. However, maintenance crew let themselves in the house w/out announcing their arrival nor requesting permission to enter the property.

Memorial Memories

This property was absolutely perfect for all of our needs. The photos do not do justice to the property. The location is excellent right on the beach next to the boardwalk over the dunes. Having your own private pool is exceptional. We plan to rent this property over and over. Absolute bonus is an elevator to each floor. Very helpful for loading and unloading all of your beach gear and groceries. Plenty of room for all family members and beautifully decorated. Million dollar view!
