Disliked: Cleanliness
The space is very small which I can overlook if the space was clean. It wasn’t. There are no pics of the bathroom because the shower doesn’t feel or appear safe. The toilet is cheap, not made for adults. I communicated with Eric, the host, about my need for a clean space and he assured me that it would be. He obviously didn’t check. Check in went fine. Eric told me ahead of time that the elevator was broken so we expected that inconvenience. The balcony would have been a lovely extension of the space was defiled by bird feces. The metal patio and chair set was very rusted and unsafe in appearance. The view from the balcony is beautiful but the widespread bird poop made it very uncomfortable and unsafe. We left early and I did tell the host the issues we encountered before posting this review. His response was calculated, very AI- like.
The tub seems to be separating from the wall
AC dripping into tub from ceiling
Bird feces carry diseases. Droppings seen all across railing, all over balcony flooring and corners
Heavily rusted patio furniture, needs changing
