The space

The property features two family rooms (one on the top floor with ocean views), midlevel kitchen and bedrooms, ground level with game room, and a terrific pool area. Lots of decking for those desiring sun and many shaded areas under the home to retreat to including an outdoor shower! The upper level has beamed cathedral ceilings, large panoramic windows, an open family room and dining area with a large bar/ island- perfect for entertaining. The adjacent outside deck is enormous! There are also two large bedrooms and a full hall bath. The mid level is truly the heart of this home. An efficient galley kitchen opens to the breakfast nook and flows into the other family room which has covered deck access. The large primary en suite is on this level with two additional guestrooms and two more full bathrooms. The ground floor is comprised of a large game room with a wet bar and a full bathroom.
